Touch isn’t optional. It’s how we regulate. It’s how we come back to ourselves. It’s what helps people shift out of survival mode and into something more grounded.

The cost of living is soaring, housing feels out of reach, and even medicine has become a luxury. Globally, crises pile up—drought, famine, conflict—leaving many of us feeling uprooted. These challenges don’t just strain our lives; they unsettle our very foundation, what we call the Root chakra. In a world that feels very uncertain, grounding ourselves is an act of reclaiming our humanity and belonging.

I approach my work with an informed but spiritual perspective. I aim to explore with my clients the connection between energy and feeling your best—mentally, physically, and emotionally. A big part of this approach centers on my understanding of the chakras, which are essentially seven key energy centers in your body.
